Our café was the original horse stables, you'll see a glass section of the floor showcasing the wooden cobbles needed to prevent the horses from slipping. The tower was used for brewing and the chimney would drive a Cornish steam engine to run pulleys to get grain to the top of the brew tower. The malting tower around the back of our nursery has three underground fire places that would channel heat through the floor to toast the malt for a unique flavour. In later years, our clothing boutique was used for cordial sales and storage.
